Asian Family Services (AFS) provides:
• Asian Helpline: nationwide free and confidential support to Asians living in New Zealand. Monday - Friday 9am-8pm
• Counselling: including face-to-face counselling, over the phone counselling or via video calls, text or online messaging.
Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Their services are offered in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai and Hindi. An interpreter can be arranged for other languages.
