They do this through providing forums for networking and information sharing, supporting best practice and workforce capability, coordinating prevention initiatives and taking a systems level overview approach to addressing family violence in the community. Their Safer Whanau project is a unique inter-agency partnered response to family violence on Auckland’s North Shore.
