A Girl Called Hope provides Wellbeing Programmes, both Residential and in Community for young women (16-28yrs) from throughout Aotearoa. The programmes are to strengthen resilience and promote healthy coping skills.
The Residential Wellbeing Programme is voluntary and entails 16 weeks living on site (Auckland) and regular weekend leave to remain connected to whanau. 8 weeks remote counselling is offered upon return to community, as part of the 12 month Transition Support.
