A Girl Called Hope
A Girl Called Hope provides Wellbeing Programmes both Residential and in Community for young women (16-28yrs) from throughout Aotearoa. They exist for young women who are motivated for change & facing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, suicidal thinking, disordered eating & self-harm. The Residential Wellbeing programme utilises CBT & is DBT informed & the experience of living in community is explored through individual counselling, group process, staff coaching and self-discovery through the daily routines and rhythms. Programme is voluntary, participation is necessary for growth.
