Addictive Eaters Anonymous (AEA) is a worldwide Twelve Step fellowship based on Alcoholics Anonymous. Breast Cancer Support Northland Trust provide a practical and emotional support service for those residents in Northland who are experiencing a Breast Cancer diagnosis. When ladies are first diagnosed one of their specially trained volunteers will contact them and support them through their journey. Their volunteer support people are women who have been through the Breast Cancer journey. Their support can be practical such as a $200 financial payment, frozen meals, knitted knockers and support coffee mornings.

Burnett Foundation Aotearoa provide free testing services for HIV and other STIs for at-risk groups - i.e. gay and bisexual men, and other Men who have Sex with Men (MSM).
Those not eligible are able to buy HIV home test kits for $29 through their website.
They also provide counselling services to anyone affected by HIV, including: people living with HIV, their loved ones, and MSM.
Counselling sessions can be 1-1, in group settings, and either online or in person.
