A Girl Called Hope provide a range of holistic wellbeing programmes and courses to strengthen the resilience, self-esteem and wellbeing of young women, motivated for change. Online and in-person courses are available to anyone 16yrs+. Their courses are embedded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by other evidence-based theories and practices such as DBT, strengths-based and solutions-focussed practice. Their courses are not suitable for anyone who is currently in acute crisis, experiencing psychotic symptoms or those with addictions where their symptoms are not under control.

Te Roopu Whitiora is a specialist Kaupapa Māori service for Māori, between the ages of 18 to 65 years, who are experiencing symptoms suggestive of psychosis or schizophrenia. They are culturally and clinically responsive to the needs of Whaiora and their Whānau through the stages of their journey. If you or your Whānau are worried about your safety or their safety, our service can be contacted directly.

Anxiety New Zealand Trust provides a free & confidential Anxiety Helpline 0800 ANXIETY (O800 269 4389); giving vital support to people of any age who experience all forms of anxiety.If you're feeling anxious and would like to talk to someone about anxiety or would like to seek advice for a friend or family member you can phone their free 24/7 Anxiety Helpline wherever you are in Aotearoa. Anxiety New Zealand Trust specialises in the treatment, support and education of anxiety disorders and depression in children, adolescents and adults and also provides free peer support groups. 1:1 therapy may incur full costs.

Arataki Ministries Ltd, a charitable company, is a non - governmental organisation (NGO) established in 1991 that supports people who experience mental illness and alcohol & drug addictions. It doesn’t matter what the problem is, you can use Aunty Dee to help you work it through.Aunty Dee is a systematic approach to decision making that is based on Structured Problem Solving.Structured Problem Solving is a strategy based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and has been shown to reduce depression symptoms in both adults and young people.

Balance Aotearoa provides peer support, advocacy, and information services for tāngata whai ora/ tāngata mātau ā-wheako (people with lived experience of mental distress and/ or addiction). They will walk alongside you with what is happening for you. They will listen to you and hear what you say. They do not need to know a diagnosis. Their service is free, confidential, independent, and needs no referral.

Changing Minds leads collaborative social change projects aimed at reducing stigma and discrimination and improving mental health and wellbeing for communities and people. A consumer-led organisation, they also provide systemic advocacy for the rights of people with lived experience and up-to-date information on mental health and social development initiatives across Aotearoa.

The service GROW provides is a 12 step programme; one of friendship and mutual help for anyone experiencing a mental, emotional, or any sort of complaint in their life.
