Tupu is a team of Pacific Island practitioners who support Pacific people and their aiga/fanau/magafaoa who have alcohol and/or other drugs and/or gambling issues, problems or questions. They offer a range of free support services delivered in a culturally relevant way: Consultation Assessment Individual counselling/ talanoa Group support (some groups are available after hours)

The Centre for Pacific Languages promotes life long learning for Pacific people in the Adult and Community Education (ACE) sector. Facilitates the provision of:• Initiatives and programmes to retain Pacific culture• Promoting the use of Pacific languages• Publishing Pacific resources• Free evening classes for seven Pacific languages• Information and resources on Pacific matters• Advocacy for educational success and the preservation of Pacific cultural heritage

Isa Lei supports the needs of Pacific People and their families with mental health issues. The service provides a Pacific biopsychosocial approach (considering biological, psychological and social factors when treating individuals). Non-NZ residents will be required to provide proof of eligibility for publicly funded health services, such as a passport. Those who cannot provide proof will need to pay for the health services they receive.

A Pacific mental health service that provides cultural case support for consumers and their families, working alongside other WDHB mental health services.The organisational objective is to promote access that is timely, culturally relevant, and responsive to the needs of consumers and their families. Malaga staff are diverse, representing major Pacific Island ethnic groups in New Zealand.

The Pacific Heartbeat team works with the Heart Foundation to 'STOP New Zealanders dying too early from heart disease', and 'HELP people with heart disease live full and productive lives.Pacific Heartbeat nutrition courses encourage Pacific people to make heart healthy food choices and move more to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

The Pasifika Gambling Helpline is a 24 hour, freephone helpline for those worried about gambling or the gambling of others. You can call them to receive immediate support, to be referred to another gambling support organisation, or for information services for problem gambling. They have experienced counsellors who are part of the Pacific community and have a shared understanding of the Pacific culture.
