A Girl Called Hope provides Wellbeing Programmes both Residential and in Community for young women (16-28yrs) from throughout Aotearoa. They exist for young women who are motivated for change & facing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, suicidal thinking, disordered eating & self-harm. The Residential Wellbeing programme utilises CBT & is DBT informed & the experience of living in community is explored through individual counselling, group process, staff coaching and self-discovery through the daily routines and rhythms. Programme is voluntary, participation is necessary for growth.

Grow provides support groups for people wanting help with mental health or emotional problems. People can attend the groups online and in-person. Grow makes available to every member an inexpensive educational resource booklet which is frequently referred to within group sessions. The sessions are once a week and last 2 hours.
