Overview
Wellbeing Programmes both Residential and in Community for young women (16-28yrs) from throughout Aotearoa. We exist for young women who are motivated for change and facing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, suicidal thinking, disordered eating and self-harm. Residential Wellbeing programme utilises CBT and is DBT informed and the experience of living in community are explored through individual counselling, group process, staff coaching and self-discovery through the daily routines and rhythms. Programme is voluntary, participation is necessary for growth.

Anxiety New Zealand Trust specialises in the treatment, support and education of anxiety disorders and depression in children, adolescents and adults. Overview
Grow provides support groups for people wanting help with mental health or emotional problems.  People can attend the groups online and In-person.  Grow makes available to every member an inexpensive educational resource booklet which is frequently referred to within group sessions.   The sessions are once a week and last 2 hours.  There are also regular socials organised to encourage friendship, care and concern for one another.
