Art Therapy for Wellbeing including Mindfulness/Meditation
This group will focus on positive, creative ways of dealing with life challenges using a variety of visual art mediums. It will provide a fun, relaxing and safe space to foster self-awareness, confidence & self-esteem. Also included will be ways of dealing with stress & anxiety using mindfulness.
A $25 single fee for art materials will apply.
