Healthy Relationships
Healthy relationships are important for our mental wellbeing.
This course explores ways to enjoy healthy relationships with ourselves and others, including effective communication, keeping safe in personal and work relationships, handling conflict constructively and nurturing important relationships.

This in-person course is held over four sessions. Each session is for two hours.
